why is it that

1. on tv shows, nobody ever says goodbye before they hang up the phone?

2. cops can break the speed limit if they want to.

3. boiling chicken dries it out more than any other method of cooking it? i'd imagine it should be the other way around.

4. public bathrooms have huge cracks in the stalls making for only about 70% privacy?

spare me.
